These Terms govern your use of the Iceberg Player applications and the website icebergplayer.app (together, the “Service”), operated by [your legal name / business] (“we”, “us”). By installing the app, activating a device, or buying a pass, you agree to these Terms.
Iceberg Player is a media player. It does not include, provide, sell, or host any channels, streams, films, series, or other content, and it is not affiliated with any content or IPTV provider. To watch anything, you must supply your own playlist (an M3U link, Xtream Codes login, or Stalker portal) that you have obtained lawfully from a provider you have a relationship with. You are solely responsible for the playlists you add and for ensuring you have the right to access that content in your country.
You agree not to:
Any content you play comes from third-party sources you configure. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, that content, its legality, availability, or quality. Disputes about your subscription or service with a content/IPTV provider are between you and that provider.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the pass on the affected device in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update the Service or these Terms; material changes take effect when posted here. We may suspend or terminate access for a device that breaches these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country/region], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
